Description
Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician for our St Petersburg office. AIM is an HVAC service provider for commercial and industrial clients with a focus on preventative maintenance, equipment replacements, equipment upgrades, etc.... Technicians must be driven and able to work independently.
Job Description:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

• HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)

Requirements
Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of verifiable experience.
• Strong ability to diagnose and repair commercial systems.
• EPA certification.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug testing and criminal background.
• Previous experience in HVAC/R or other related fields
• Familiarity with advanced low-voltage control circuitry
• Knowledge of Energy management systems
• Familiarity with HVAC/R wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• No criminal background
• Solid, verifiable employment history and references
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a random drug trust.

Salary Description

$20 - 30 Hour
