Lavendo is Hiring an ADU Construction Project Manager / Superintendent (On-site) Near San Leandro, CA

Title: Construction Project Manager (On-site) Location: San Leandro, CA Industry: Residential Construction, General Contractor Company: Prefab ADU and shed design-build company Company size: 10 Responsibilities:
Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout projects
Oversee construction sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Provide regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders
Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of Construction Project Management experience
Hands-on construction experience (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, framing)
Valid California Contractor's License (GC B)
Proficiency in inspections, quality control, and permit negotiation
Proficiency in PM software (Procore, Clickup)
Valid CA driver's license and car
Preferred Qualifications:
Superintendent experience or owned a small construction company
ADU, shed construction experience
Prefab, production, and manufacturing PM experience
Benefits
Employment type: Contract-to-hire (3-month 1099 contract followed by a W2 full-time offer)
Base salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year monthly bonuses
Commission: 1-3% per finished project, 3-6 projects per month
Total compensation: $104,000 - $192,000 per year
Gas is compensated upon provision of receipts
