Role
Job Overview: You will be a key member of the software development department, working independently or with a team to participate in the company's software development full cycle for a variety of industries in the United States. You will also help monitor and regulate the efficiency of the department's services, ensuring an optimal pace for all core and ad-hoc activities.
You will also be expected to work with other departments to meet customers' requirements; Deal with complaints, create software programs for computers, mobile devices, and websites, as well as well as providing reports about the status of the company's products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
•Collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
•Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.
•Testing and deploying programs and applications.
•Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software.
•Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.
Profile Requirements
•Fluency in English is a must; previous experience with Anglophone clients is a plus.
•Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or any relevant discipline is necessary.
•At least 5 years of work experience in software development.
•Proficiency in popular coding languages including Python, Java, C , and frameworks or systems such as AngularJS and Git.
•Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle.
•Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
