Title: Production Coordinator

Division: Publishing Division

Reports to: Production Manager

General Description of Responsibilities:

The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting in gathering and entering product specs in organized seasonal rhythms, helping to maintain product schedules in Asana, and overseeing the route of cover and packaging files under the supervision of the Production Manager.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager in systematically gathering seasonal product information in a timely and organized manner
• Help to oversee specs for book and Bible projects on Crossway’s data management systems
• Help to manage book, Bible, and tract schedules in Asana
• Attend various meetings to take minutes
• Coordinate the routing of cover and packaging files through the Marketing, Design, and Production departments
• Manage the routing process in PageProof and keep all necessary parties informed of changes; be a trusted extra set of eyes for proofreading and style guide consistency
• Other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager

Qualifications:

• A college degree (BA or BS)
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Experience with data management a plus
• Experience using Asana for project management a plus
• Experience proofreading
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for the word of God and the gospel

Salary:

Competitive salary based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships. Salary commensurate with current standards for comparable positions and responsibilities within publishing and other leading not-for-profit ministries. Compensation reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the Crossway Board of Directors.
