TECHSTAFF OF ARIZONA is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract) Near Tempe, AZ
This is a four month contract role, available immediately.
Job Summary: Apply daily cash receipts in a timely manner to maintain accurate A/R records. Maintain invoicing and A/R packet files in an organized manner. Able to prioritize work to maximize performance. Provide administrative support as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibities ( any combination of the following job duties) :
All employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor, or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality.
Proper allocation of payments received via checks, efts, ach and credit cards.
Run credit card payments.
Reconcile government payments and apply payments accordingly.
Scan invoices to ERP systems.
Collection and reconciliation of customer aging accounts.
Submitting invoices to various customer platforms
Works with sales staff on past dues or issues on accounts
Customer set up in ERP system.
Customer service skills a must
Excel and Word skills a must
Peripheral Duties:
