Activu seeks a Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive successful multi-channel campaigns for top-of-funnel lead generation and brand awareness across public, private, and federal markets. This role will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with various departments across the company to develop these campaigns and manage their execution, tracking, and reporting within agreed-upon timeframes and budgets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive, goal-oriented sales outreach and marketing campaign plans, which include social media, email, BDR outreach, events, and other marketing activities.
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Organize and drive execution of campaigns across various channels and customer verticals.
Coordinate the development of compelling marketing assets and messaging from creative teams and company thought leaders.
Develop and manage campaign budgets efficiently.
Track and report on campaign expenses.
Use marketing analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement, adjust plans as needed for highest impact.
Own and provide visibility to Activu?s ?Master Campaign Calendar.?

Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor?s degree from an accredited school, or some college combined with a record of exemplary professional work experience.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles including marketing campaign management and other relevant areas.
Experience with Hubspot or a similar marketing platform, and the commitment to learn it, is necessary.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or NetSuite CRM.
Exceptional written and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the C-suite, product development and sales teams.
Highly organized, detail oriented, with exceptional time management and project management skills.
Familiarity and comfort with technology products and audiences.
Strong familiarity with MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently toward goals.
Flexibility to change prioritization as required.
Good relationship skills and willingness to work as a team member and/or team leader to achieve campaign goals.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
This role is mostly remote, collaborating via digital team communication tools, with the option of working as much as desired in our Rockaway, NJ headquarters. While Activu is a hybrid remote-office organization now, we occasionally gather for team workshops and/or customer meetings.
The position may occasionally require some travel, as well as physical tasks to sort, manage, and pack trade show materials in Activu?s NJ headquarters and/or on-site at events.
Flexibility to work outside normal office hours on occasion to complete time-critical tasks.
