Description:

Working with all suppliers across all commodities. This is for construction and mining products.

Company needs to have their suppliers classify their parts in order to be compliant. Compliant means that the supplier certifies that they meet the legal requirements.

High level, these roles will work with suppliers to get parts compliance certified and get information entered into our Share Point site that tracks it all.

Supports compliance initiatives (PFAS, REACH, CBAM, etc.) by collecting information from suppliers

Work with suppliers and subsidiaries to provide advice and information to assist them in the needed qualifications and documentations

Develop, document, and maintain appropriate processes and record-keeping within SAP, BAAN, and database systems of pulling supplier compliance contact information and filing required information

Work with appropriate departments and compliance manager, facilitate, develop, implement, assess and/or improve processes for current and future regulation requirements

Owner of monthly and/or quarterly reporting of current supplier compliance status

Monitor requests and follow-up request for supplier compliance documentations

Review suppliers' responses and assist and educate when necessary

Work with Strategic and Purchasing teams when suppliers are nonresponsive

Maintain data integrity within required systems

5. Assist in identifying regulation risk within the organization

6. Assist in other projects within Strategic Sourcing

Experience

* 1 years of relevant working experience

* Experience working in an ERP environment (SAP a plus)

* MS Office aptitude

Technical Skills

* Self-motivated, must be a good communicator with strong analytical skill and the ability to build a highly professional working relationship with each supplier and internally to promote maximum benefit of the supplier agreements.

* Knowledge of compliance and regulations requirements within mining and construction industries.
