Summary:

Responsible for driving new product development projects, meeting project timelines and budgets, from ideation to market launch. Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within R&D environments and a deep understanding of product development processes including software development as well as hardware development for manufacturing.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

· Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior or leadership role.

· Experience managing IT/SAAS projects a plus.

· PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project portfolio management principles.

· Proven track record of successfully managing complex and strategic projects.

· Ability to mentor and develop junior project management professionals.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
