Description:
Maintain IMS project plan (tasks, hours and percent complete)
Provide weekly critical path status for each test
Update IMS per daily wall walk
Update IMS tasks weekly with PTEs & design
Monthly LE check (comes from MS project, LE calculated in PowerBI)
Supports the development of project plans, schedules and budgets, tracks progress, resolves problems, develops solutions, and forecasts project revenue.
Writes SOW (Statement of Work), test plans, test reports
Coordinates panel/part manufacturing with suppliers, testing at internal/external test houses
Supports purchasing activities with requisitions (shopping carts) and invoice approvals
Supports contracting activities with NDAs and IWAs
Screens related technologies and suppliers
Coordinates with other functional organizations (Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, Operations and Aftermarket)
Identifies and addresses project problems, communicates critical path, analyzes data gathered, and develops solutions and recommendations to solve problems, meet deadlines and optimize performance.
Communicate and make presentations to senior level leadership
Ensures novel ideas and implementations are captured and protected using applicable Intellectual Property processes and tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-3-5 years experience
-Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science or Technology (STEM)
-Opdec Critical Path Knowledge of product development
-Advanced w/ Microsoft Project
-Aerospace & Defense manufacturing experience
-Agile software experience
-Continuous Improvement experience e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, ACE or CORE
-ERP experience, SAP
-Aerospace experience with metallic materials, processing and testing
-Knowledge of aerospace applications of aluminum, titanium, and Inconel alloys.
