Position Title: Software Engineer (.Net Core/Blazor)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid work schedule, Mostly Remote)
Term: 6-month contract to hire
Compensation: Negotiable hourly rate, plus benefits
Please note: Only local US Citizen or Green Card candidates will be eligible
Overview:
Seeking a mid-level development staff to augment team-based development. The mid-level developer will be incorporated into a development team to augment the delivery of applications based on Microsoft’s .Net development platform.
Expectations:
Staff members have built or managed the updating of .net applications for a minimum of 3 years. Team member can articulate how they built and managed said applications. During the interview the candidate will be expected to explain the following:
- Give an overview of the technologies they have used.
- Be prepared to answer questions related to the technologies they have used.
- Give an overview of any delivery patterns or processes that were used to build the software.
- Explain the approach they used to build or manage the software.
- Explain how software was versioned using source control management.
- Explain how software was tested by development staff.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience development on .Net technologies (Core or Framework)
- 3 Years of development experience with the C# programming language
- 1 Year of experience building web applications (MVC or Razor or Blazor)
- 1 Year experience with CSS
- 3 years of experience with source control usages (TFVC or Git or SVN)
- Understanding object-oriented programming concepts
- 1 year of experience building and managing MS SQL server logic (Entity Framework or Dapper or direct SQL statements and stored procedures)
Nice to have skills:
- .Net Core development experience (3.1 or later)
- Azure Dev Ops Experience
- .Net Blazor Experience
- 3 Years MS SQL server experience (Stored Procedures, Dapper, Entity Framework)
- 3 Years experience with Bootstrap
- 1 year or more experience using Telerik Controls
