General Purpose and Scope of Position:
Wilbur-Ellis seeks a highly motivated individual to join the Treasury team in a vital role supporting daily operations functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to expand their treasury knowledge and skills while actively contributing to our organization's innovation and technological advancement. This position will involve collaboration across corporate and business units, working closely with the Treasury team on daily operations, compliance, process reengineering, and innovation initiatives.
Key Skills and Abilities Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of corporate treasury, financial institution, or related finance experience
• Knowledge of U.S. and International banking portals and cash management services
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take on increasing responsibility, and to drive results in a dynamic, change-oriented environment
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills essential
• Experience in using an ERP preferred (i.e. JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, etc.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily cash position model, short-term cash forecasting, and liquidity planning
• Execute timely daily cash management transactions, including wire transfers, internal settlements, borrowings/repayments, and investments
• Assist in banking administration activities, such as establishing new accounts, managing management services, and maintaining authorized signers and FBAR reporting
• Support documentation requests from banks and other parties, including KYC deliverables
• Collaborate closely with other functional departments including Accounting, Finance, and IT to support new products, streamline processes, and drive ongoing operational improvements
• Assist with other ad hoc projects/initiatives and perform other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

• In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $77,400 to $103,150.
