Job DescriptionWe are is seeking a creative and driven Entry Level Marketing Agent to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
$21.50 - $32.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content
- Help manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate and assist with events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus
