We are looking for 2-3 Full Time Entry Level Marketing Managers to join our retail marketing team in the local area. The Entry Level Marketing Manager will work side by side with our Senior Event Managers within our retail event division to learn all aspects of running a special marketing and promotional retail event.Entry Level Marketing Manager Responsibilities :Assist the Promotions Team in developing and executing marketing strategies for each eventCoordinate event activities including event setup, visual merchandising and inventory controlProcess, generate and track event salesCoordinate event logistics, timelines and schedulesServe as Event Manager when necessaryEntry Level Marketing Manager Requirements :1-2 years of marketing, sales, or customer service experiencePositive attitude and competitive spiritAble to problem solve effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environmentComfortable speaking in front of both small and large groupsStrong desire to work in the retail/ marketing/ sales or promotional event field
