The Supply Chain Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing supply chain transformation initiatives within the organization. This role will require the individual to identify areas of opportunity and improvement within the supply chain (Deliver, Plan, MFG, Trade), develop a strategy for implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the transformation plan. This leader will be responsible for spearheading a range of critical activities, including data analysis, validation, scenario analysis, business case development, and stakeholder alignment across diverse operating units, regions, and functions.

A Day in the Life

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•The position requires the leader to play an internal consultant to the different supply chain functions.
•Identify and develop supply chain transformation strategies through data driven analytics that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and develop solutions.
•Identify & develop initiative to create a pipeline of opportunities to improve Global Supply Chain metrics like Inventory, Back Order, Logistics Costs, OTIF etc.
•Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, such as cost reduction, process improvement or technology implementation.
•For Network related opportunities, leverage the Medtronic Digital Twin (based on llamasoft/Coupa cloud applications) to proactively identify opportunities to reduce cost and working capital, emissions, and improve service & BCP.
•Create Business cases supporting change and driving efficiency.
•The leader would be responsible for various activities including scoping, data collection, data validation, scenario development, scenario evaluation, business case development and recommendation delivery.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including supply chain, operations, finance, and IT.
•Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members throughout the transformation process.
•Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Experience in supply chain management, with a focus on transformation and process improvement.
•Supply Chain Project experience, including network optimization for manufacturing and distribution networks, and inventory optimization.
•Basic understanding of ETL and Dashboarding Tools like Altryx, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake
•Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
•Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
•Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
•Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Experience with supply chain technology and tools, such as ERP systems, WMS, and TMS.
•Proficiency with MS Office applications

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain transformation, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain transformation
Nice to Have
•Ability to lead global projects through influence with executive stakeholders.
•Experience working with SAP supply chain data and/or Advanced Planning systems
•Experience using and manipulating large data sets using tools like PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake
•Experience working across an end-to-end supply chain network including sourcing, manufacturing, sterilization, distribution, and inventory.
•Experience using Network Optimization tools like LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru
•Experience in managing any supply chain functions like supply planning or logistics operations.
•Demonstrated leadership in driving transformation initiatives.
•Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
•Six Sigma Lean experience
•SAP ERP experience
•Supply Chain control tower implementation
•Advanced supply chain optimization and simulation experience
