Your Profile
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the go-to-market infrastructure supporting, the Marketing and Sales Development teams. You have a background in Marketing Operations or Demand Generation-with a focus on campaign execution and management.
What Success Looks Like
This position is a cornerstone in SourceDay's pursuit of operational excellence and market expansion. Success will be measured by your ability to streamline our go-to-market operations, enhancing efficiency and impact across marketing and sales development channels. You'll be tasked with aligning our technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, and Outreach with our workflows to ensure seamless, scalable campaigns that drive demand and generate valuable leads.
Responsibilities Will Include
  • Strategizing and Executing Go-to-Market Operations: Develop, implement, and refine our go-to-market operations strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Marketing and Sales Technology Management: Oversee the utilization of Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring these platforms are fully leveraged to optimize our marketing and sales efforts.
  • Process Optimization: Continually assess and improve our go-to-market processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market. Your role is crucial in bridging operations with other departments to drive a unified market strategy.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data from our CRM and marketing automation platforms to generate insights, report on campaign performance, and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support demand generation strategies, ensuring operational capacity and readiness for scaling successful campaigns.
  • Training and Enablement: Equip the marketing and sales teams with the operational tools and processes necessary to execute their roles effectively, facilitating training sessions as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • You are detail-oriented; when you apply for this job, write "turtle" in the comments section of the application.
  • 2-4 years in Marketing or Campaign Operations, with a preference for candidates possessing a background in Demand Generation.
  • Deep experience with Marketo and Salesforce is required. Proficiency in integrating and optimizing these platforms for business operations is expected.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that align with business goals across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong capability in analyzing performance data to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various departments.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
