**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Consulting Director - Organizational Design & Transformation, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing transformation projects resulting in significant change for our clients.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
**What You'll Do:**
Create presentations, tools, and other client-facing materials
Develop relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and others impacted by the change
Lead a team to successfully deliver client-facing projects
Conduct research and ensure accuracy of quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Develop strategic recommendations and build consensus with senior leaders
Participate in business development activities including client presentations, diagnostics, and proposals
Diagnose, design, and implement new organizations, reorganizations, spin offs and operating models
Provide leader, manager, and team development and coaching to clients.
Develop core competencies and long-term organizational development programs for our clients.
Assess maturity of the team/organization, develop or update competencies to meet goals or new organization/team, provide gap analysis in skills and roles, provide talent roadmap
Develop Employee Value Proposition for retention and attraction of key talent based on talent strategy
Provide organizational development recommendations. May include coaching, Team Development, New Leader Assimilation, etc.
Develop core competencies to support broader organizational change and culture
Diagnose the culture and develop the strategy for Employee Experience. Create and prepare organizations for initiatives and scaled change in culture
Map and streamline workflows, provide guidance on future state, digitization opportunities, governance, metrics, and decision rights.
Employ proven methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and repeatable change management approaches are embedded in program(s) and project(s)
Identify risks and challenges and work with leadership, managers, and impacted stakeholders to mitigate risks, identify change barriers, and develop strategies to remediate change resistance
Create detailed communications strategies and plans
**What You'll Need:**

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8 years of relevant experience in consulting with an emphasis on change management and/or organization development. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Familiarity with corporate real estate preferred.
Certifications in Change Management, Six Sigma, MBTI, Team Management Systems, Strength-finders or equivalent preferred but not required.
In-depth knowledge of the field of organizational design and change management theory proven experience in practical application
Leadership capabilities including conflict management and strong interpersonal skills
Strong client-service oriented work ethic driven by a desire to act
Passion for strategic and creative problem solving
Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfort in translating large data sets into compelling findings
Ability to present and articulate ideas and analyses
Outstanding interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and sophisticated challenges.
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams
Highly proficient in MS Office excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with other software preferred (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Consulting Director - Organizational Design & Transformation is $150,000 annually and the maximum is $190,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
