esponsibilitiesConduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clientsMaintain HIPAA confidentiality at all timesAdhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situationsImplement treatment plans and track/collect data against goalsSupervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program SupervisorsSupport internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methodsSupport other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.Maintain 30 billable hours per weekRequirementsProvide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environmentsAbility to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be neededAbility to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settingsJoin our team in the office!
