Mill Creek Accounting Services, LLC is Hiring a Data Entry Clerk Near Missoula, MT
We are a growing bookkeeping and payroll services office. Currently seeking a part time data entry clerk. Part time hours are somewhat flexible, but must be during business hours. Tentative schedule will be Monday through Wednesday, 8am to 5pm.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to type 30 wpm required. Experience with Excel is required. Must be able to operate a computer and manage windows explorer properly. Must have basic math skills and be organized. Ability to work in a team environment is also a necessity. Knowledge of Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks desktop is highly desired, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Missoula, MT 59801: Relocate before starting work (Required)
