We are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our highly productive Workers Compensation practice. Intake Specialists play a key role throughout our organization as they are the first point of contact for review of viable claims and must know how to collect and analyze data to determine if further action is required. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a high standard of ethics and strong communication skills.

Duties / Responsibilities:

· Scanning through information to identify pertinent information

· Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within our legal software programs

· Provide general data entry support across many teams

· Seek further information for documents that are considered incomplete

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Detailed oriented nature to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment

· Proficient typing skills

· Computer skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs.
