AccuFleet International is Hiring a Cabin Overnight Supervisor - OVERNIGHT SHIFT - FULL TIME Near Orlando, FL

We have multiple positions available, candidates with previous supervisory experience in aviation or general cleaning or cleaning aircraft, buses, trains, etc., are preferred. Successful candidates for these positions can work quickly and efficiently, ensuring all safety and operational guidelines are followed during every service provided. PAY:
$16.50/hr
SHIFT:
Full Time - Overnight Shift - all positions require availability during weekends and holidays

WORK DESCRIPTION: Position oversees a designated department/service line and is responsible for the production, safety, and performance of employees within that department. Engage with employees to complete daily tasks for the designated service line. Coordinate day-to-day activities of crew, train/coach new employees, observe work procedures, and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Complete daily shift reports documenting completed work, any accidents/injuries, or issues/incidents.
Aircraft Appearance Technician: Requires the employees to clean the cabin of an aircraft after passengers have disembarked. The cleaning can be between flights, for flights that remain overnight, or a deep clean for extended ground time aircraft.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Speak and understand English.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, 10-year background check (criminal/employment) and be able to obtain a required airport security clearance.
  • Prefer candidates with VALID Driver's License (NOT ID) for at least 1 full year. (License cannot have any restrictions).
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work is performed on airfield ramp (inside of the aircraft), which is exposed to outdoor weather conditions (temperatures ranging from 20-105 degrees Fahrenheit) and elevated noise levels.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Occasional (1-3hrs): Driving, sitting, and climbing.
  • Frequent (4-6hrs): Bending, squatting/kneeling, pushing/pulling, twisting/turning, and repetitive movement.
  • Constant (7-8hrs): Standing, walking, and reaching.
  • Lifting 20-50lbs max with frequent lifting/carrying of objects up to 25 lbs.
