At Apex ABA Therapy we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We provide expert treatment, techniques, and caring, while working around the schedule of the family and caregivers.

Role Description
This is a full-time role as a BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Apex ABA Therapy. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education and training, and monitoring progress. This is a hybrid role, based in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in parent education and training
- Strong background in psychology and behavior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred
- BCBA certification is required
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
