Lead Care Coordinator
Center For Family Services of Palm Beach County seeks a Lead Care Coordinator/Licensed Clinician to provide clinical services and oversight to our Partner's for Change- Recovery Care Coordination Program. This is a unique and dynamic position in an innovative substance use and mental health program in Palm Beach County focused on providing critically needed care coordination services to help individuals in the community who are seeking substance use and mental health services. The Care Coordinator helps individuals navigate the often complex system of care to help them achieve their goals through advocacy, guidance, clinically-sound recommendations, and support. Additionally, the Lead Care Coordinator will help oversee the operations of the program, including a team of other assessors and care coordinators. This position will also work directly with the Palm Beach County Marchman Act Court, assisting individuals involved in these courts with treatment recommendations and referrals.

Salary starting at: $58,000
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Master's Degree in behavioral science or related field of study obtained from an Accredited College or University.
• Professionally Licensed in the state of Florida by the Department of Health as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Clinical Psychologist preferred
• Experience working with community systems and/or legal systems, preferred
• Bilingual, preferred
• Able to pass a background check and fingerprinting through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
• Able to legally work in the United States
