Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the development of the fabrication plans to align with the company’s SAP and our customers’ requirements
• Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP - PP module, Fiori and EWM, a huge plus if candidate has been involved in SAP implementation
• Creates and supplies cut lists and kit lists to production – including both quantity and timing
• Assists with the management of rework and quality issues to ensure our customers’ needs are met
• Coordinates the Project Management by reviewing project drawings and estimates; when needed, also communicates changes and gaps to ensure they are addressed
• Creates weekly dashboards that report out production performance
• Active member of the facility management team
• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative and functional environment where teamwork is essential to effectively and efficiently accomplish aggressive objectives
• Maintains active communication and feedback loops for all employees
• Requires daily entry for job costing and performance info the companies planning tool

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations or related field, preferred
• SAP experience a MUST
• Management/Supervisory experience (3 years)
• Thorough understanding of lean and six sigma principles and applications
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills and Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills

Relocation Packages available

Salary - $110,000 - $125,000 yearly
