In this position, you will provide technical support for PAPI P&P Service, Process Automation Process Industries (PAPI) in Cottonton, Alabama, delivering superior, professional service, remotely (within 1 hour of location) or on site. As a Resident DCS (Distributed Control System) Service Technician you will be required to work independently and as part of a team based on customer/contract requirements.

• Good communications skills are a must
• Technical skills will be considered the foundation of this position to deliver contract services, provide sales support and opportunities for revenue growth
• This position will be focused on the Harmony DCS; Symphony Plus experience also helpful
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft, networking and Cyber Security is a plus
• This person will need to be self motivated and self directed to accommodate the numerous customer responsibilities
• This a resident position, travel would be minimal
