In order to help us deliver on this mission, we are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the clinical needs of our clients in clinic, home, and community settings. Candidates applying for this position will be highly organized, excellent communicators, and above all else, focused on clinical excellence. Primary Responsibilities:
Assesses, designs, and oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programs
Provides clinical supervision, training, and support to therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conducts assessments, develops goals, creates data sheets, and materials for client programs
Prepares reports; maintains clinical documentation in accordance with company and industry standards
Supports the growth of ABA Connect services while providing quality, clinical supervision and leadership to subordinates
Serves as a liaison between the organization, community, families, therapists, health care providers, etc.
