Job Description
AAM is currently offering a starting wage of $25-37 plus $5000 sign-on bonus for skilled Maintenance Techs to join our team at our facility in Twinsburg, OH, 44087. Full benefits include:

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Program and modify PLCs to optimize equipment performance
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
- Collaborate with production team to identify and address equipment-related concerns
- Document maintenance activities and update maintenance logs
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Strong knowledge and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve PLC, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with machine brands such as Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens
- Ability to program and modify PLCs
- Experience with hydraulics and other related systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
