Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our landscaping crew. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and construction projects.
- Plan and prioritize daily work assignments for the crew
- Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards and within established timelines.
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by the crew
- Assist with the maintenance and irrigation of landscapes as needed

- Take before and after pictures daily.

Qualifications:

- Must be able to pass a background check, clean background is mandatory.

- A Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Experience as a landscape maintenance crew leader
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and horticulture principles
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
