About Estimator/Project Manager Position The Estimator/Project Manager will perform bid services by developing and preparing cost estimates for the customers within an assigned territory. The Estimator/Project Manager will arrange project site visits, assessments, as well as bid documents, review from inception to completion. They will also accept and evaluate client’s request for proposals generated by the Sales and Service Departments, and they must provide a detailed and accurate proposal for the requested scope of work provided by the customer.
