Where the Chemistry Happens...

As a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Technician for our Agricultural Solutions business unit you will support Manufacturing operations at our Ames, IA site.

During your time as a QA/QC Technician you will…

• Analyze raw materials, intermediates and finished goods following established testing methods and procedures.
• Maintain verifications / calibrations for quality control laboratory equipment.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory testing data and quality records.
• Continuous communicate with lab and plant personnel.
• Sustain a clean and safe laboratory working environment.

If you...

• Have a HS Diploma or GED with 1 year experience working in a laboratory OR have a 2-year or 4-year science related degree
• Are detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
• Have demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver timely results
• Have aptitude for problem-solving and computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Inventory Management Software such as SAP a plus
• Are able to communicate well with others
• Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
