Job Description

Treefort Drop In is a licensed, flexible drop in care center for children 6 weeks to 8 years old. We are dedicated to our children and families and strive for our children to be independent thinkers through a play based learning environment.

We are seeking a Teacher who will be responsible for the care and development of children attending. In this role, you will work cooperatively with Treefort Drop In staff members and parents while ensuring a safe and educational environment for children ages 6 weeks to 8 years old.

Responsibilities

• Carry out curriculum, care activities and routines
• Interact with families on a daily basic
• Log child's daily info on Brightwheel app
• Assist with classroom’s general housekeeping
• Participate in required in-service trainings as required by NE State Licensing

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A love for working with children
• Effective communicator
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
• CPR and First Aid Certified or willingness to obtain

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
