Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Miscellaneous administrative tasks
• Assist in all acquisition processes including finding and qualifying leads.
• Running reports for different departments heads.
• Assist with management of reviews and training information.
• Help and collaborate with the sales team in the preparation of bid packets.
• Prepare start up breakdown information, job cards and building specifics.
• Manage and track start up meeting information to ensure all staff members are on the same page.
