This position earns competitive pay between $85,000-$90,000 depending on skills and experience and a generous sign-on bonus of $5000. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR CLINICAL DIRECTOR / REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
As our Clinical Director, you arrive each day ready to take our hospice services above and beyond. You manage our office and clinical operations in order to meet the needs of our patients and help them live each day to the fullest. Ensuring our patient's needs are met, you coordinate the daily workload and 24-hour services. Working with the HR department, you assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. You act as a resource for our field staff, investigate and resolve all reported incidents, conduct performance evaluations, and develop performance improvement plans as well as educate employees on infection control and how to recognize and report abuse.
One of your main priorities is to ensure service satisfaction by visiting patients as needed. You build and maintain effective relationships with referral sources as well as listen and respond to customer needs. You also manage the branch's annual budget, accounting for the financial impact of all admissions, discharges, and recertifications. Thanks to your effective planning, quality assurance measures, and excellent leadership, our hospice program continues to achieve positive care outcomes. You take pride in the work you do to make your branch a success!
QUALIFICATIONS
Do you enjoy coaching and mentoring others? Can you deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public? Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills? If so, you might just be perfect for this home health position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
