Description
Job Description. The African American Resiliency Program is a Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) program that provides services in culturally appropriate settings, incorporating African American philosophies and traditions as a platform from which to offer mental health, educational programs, early intervention services and promote resilience in African American children and youth ages 5-18 and their families.
The program will provide Prevention, Early Intervention, and Outreach for increasing recognition of early signs of mental illness services using the Improving Timely Access, Stigma Discrimination reduction and Access to linkage to treatment strategies.
Under direction and in partnership with the Executive Director, the Program Coach will ensure program wide compliance and risk management adherence as Greater Hope Foundation continues to grow. A new position in the organization, the Program Manager will have the opportunity to build the program and services for the communities.
