Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor – Full & Part-Time Opportunities
Location: On the Road (office located in Ledgewood, NJ)
Territory: Designated service area within Central & Northern NJ
Compensation: Hourly base pay commissions bonus (Potential for $150,000-$200,000 annually)
Are you a top-performing sales professional with proven success in one pitch close scenarios? If so, we have a unique opportunity tailored just for you. Join our team as an Emergency Services Coordinator specializing in emergency construction services sales to property owners who have suffered severe fire damage, where your assertiveness and street smarts will shine in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
In this role, you'll be on the front lines, engaging with property owners who have experienced disasters such as fire, water, or storm damage. Picture yourself amidst the action, shoulder to shoulder with first responders, sometimes in the dead of night, surrounded by the lights and sirens of emergency vehicles, smoke, and property owners who need assistance. It's a gritty, challenging setting that demands confidence, compassion, and relentless assertiveness.
This isn't your typical 9-5 gig. We're looking for individuals willing to put in the hours, whether it's nights, weekends, or weekdays, as long as the results speak for themselves. You'll be required to respond to 10 live residential house fires each week (with leads provided), pitching our suite of construction services to secure at least one sale. And when you're not on the front lines of an active fire, you're revisiting recent fire scenes, making follow-up sales calls, and closing old leads.
Unlike other similar positions, once the sale is made, your job is done. No project management or hands-on repair work required. This is strictly a hardcore outside sales position that separates the average from the extraordinary.
The earning potential is substantial. In addition to a salary, the commissions range from $2,500 to $10,000 per sale, with additional incentives and bonuses. And for those willing to tackle multi-million dollar homes with significant fire damage, commissions can soar beyond $20,000 for a single sale.
If we handed you 10-20 leads a week, you got in front of 10 homeowners, and you pitched to all 10, do you think you could close at least one deal?
If you're up for the challenge and ready to embark on a lucrative career path, with a strong desire to helping those in need, then we want you on our team.
Apply now to be part of a dedicated team committed to helping property owners recover from disasters.
Responsibilities:
