We seek a driven and energetic Brand Ambassador who is excited to apply the latest grassroots face-to-face business development principles to help grow our ride-hailing business across diverse business sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Represent RideYellow at LAX, assisting passengers with upfront pricing for taxi trips and promoting app downloads.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with passengers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Utilize your natural charm and charisma to interact with passengers and create positive experiences.
• Educate passengers on the benefits of RideYellow and how to use the app for convenient transportation.
• Act as a brand advocate, embodying the RideYellow values of reliability, safety, and affordability.
• Collaborate with the RideYellow team to ensure a seamless passenger experience and contribute to overall brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Present a professional and orderly appearance and demeanor.
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to engaging with passengers.
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings directly out of LAX. Weekend availability is also strongly preferred but not required.
