The Estimator is responsible for working closely with Director of Estimating, Director of Engineering, consultants, contractors and Development team personnel to provide the most accurate and comprehensive financial and budget analysis for all proposed company projects.
Responsibilities:Read, decipher and fully understand construction (civil, architectural, and MEP) plans and specifications.
Ability to perform quantitative takeoffs.
Ability to use estimating and civil software programs to assemble budgets.
Identify key trades, communicate and respond to bid clarifications.
Processing and importing data into Procore software program.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree preferred.
Preferred 3 years of experience in estimating civil and building cost analysis.
Ability to coordinate and handle multiple projects at a time.
Ability to multitask and understand urgency of company and department goals.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
