The position of PLC Process Control Programmer/Analyst E-tech involves developing, managing, and enhancing PLCs, working on large projects with contractors, providing training, and being on call during weekends and nights.
The main responsibilities include programming, troubleshooting, and repairing various PLCs, motor controls, and robotics.
Additionally, the role involves working with HMI PCs, modifying PLC program logic, and troubleshooting peripheral devices.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants should have at least three years of experience in automated control systems, two years of programming and troubleshooting experience, and familiarity with Allen Bradley
PLC and HMI programming, as well as networking.
They should also be comfortable working with process control, sensors, transducers, VFDs, and be available for after-hours and weekend coverage.
Specialized knowledge in Ignition Historian, SQL Database management, VMware & vSphere, and various PLCs, motor controls, and robotics is preferred.
