Reporting directly to the Group President, Nursing and Allied Solutions, as a Division President at AMN Healthcare your mission will be to help drive growth and innovation by developing and successfully executing the strategic business plan including organizational goals, overall budget, and competitive priorities for this division. You will also develop leaders and motivate team members to achieve the financial goals of the division. Role Specifics: Define and drive organizational goals, overall financial and competitive priorities as well as resource and talent management strategies for all division brands and operations. Utilize technology to increase speed and efficiency within the organization. Galvanize the divisional leadership team by clearly communicating the vision, purpose, and expectations of leadership to exceed the expectations of our clients, providers, team members and shareholders. Oversee the monthly reporting of financial results to the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors including early identification of market trends, projections, profitability expectations/opportunities and progress on workforce initiatives. Establish and enforce organizational metrics that define performance expectations to reward success and confirm areas where opportunity exists. Role Qualifications: 15 years of strategic leadership experience with P&L responsibility. 10 years of sales leadership experience. Experience managing recruitment and client sales preferred. 5 years of experience managing a similar size business division preferably in a shared services business model (public company) with 250 team members. Experience in nurse, allied, or healthcare staffing services preferred. Undergraduate degree required. Effective Leadership skills that can energize cross-functional work teams to respond to client/customer needs. Experience in building and managing large teams. Strong financial, analytics, and conceptual skills. Previous experience surrounding change management. Proven track-record leading large teams through successful transformation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple conflicting priorities. A high level of initiative and independence. A commitment to Service Excellence.
