Job Description

Looking for a rewarding position where your experience is valued, and your potential is recognized? Then we want YOU to join our team!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs.
Prepare vacant units for occupancy, such as general cleaning.
Interior Painting, used routinely in this position.
Maintain organization of the maintenance shop.
Retain accurate records of repairs and punches.
General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
Assist in snow removal as necessary.
Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Maintenance Experience (Preferred)
Driver’s License and valid car insurance
Personal, reliable transportatioExcellent communication skills; written and verbal
Service mentality and a thirst for learning
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Attendance

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
