The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the “Every Shift” Leader. They focus on sales, guest satisfaction, restaurant cleanliness and product quality. Qualifications include. . Minimum two years of supervisory experience in the quick service industry. High school education. Desire to learn and grow. Valid Driver’s License.
