Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Operations with the daily tasks of operating multiple Assisted Living Facilities (ALF).
• Visit the ALF's frequently and discuss operational issues with the administrative staff.
• Determine the course of action required and consult with the appropriate people for approval.
• Obtain quotes for maintenance projects, and manage the projects from beginning to end in a timely manner.
• Request and provide updates proactively.
• Assist with the various miscellaneous duties and responsibilities that are common in a working office environment.
• Support other assigned functions.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to handle challenging tasks.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Proactive with minimal oversight.
• Willing to take the lead and keep the relevant people updated.
• Prior construction experience is required.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. Depending On Experience.
