As a Board Member at JoyInside Co, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our organization's mission of empowering young women, especially those from minority backgrounds. You will help shape our strategic direction, provide expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of JoyInside. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young women.

•  Joyful Strategic Planning: Collaborate enthusiastically with fellow board members to set the strategic direction of JoyInside, with an unwavering focus on empowering young women from minority backgrounds. Infuse your passion and creative insights into shaping the future of our organization.
• Governance Guardian: Take on the role of a governance guardian, ensuring the financial well-being of JoyInside is not just sound but thriving. Maintain a watchful eye on legal compliance, and be a beacon of transparency in every aspect of our organizational activities.
•  Fundraising Dynamo: Be the driving force behind our fundraising efforts that fuel our mission to empower young women. Cultivate donors with a genuine sense of joy, infuse energy into grant applications, and add a touch of excitement to our fundraising events.
•  Advocacy and Network Builder: Energetically represent JoyInside in the community, passionately advocating for our mission of promoting diversity and inclusion through education and training. Forge connections with potential partners, donors, and stakeholders, spreading the joy of our cause.
• Program Maestro: Take the lead in overseeing our educational programs, infusing them with the spirit of joy. Ensure they not only remain relevant but radiate effectiveness, always staying aligned with our core objectives of empowering young women.
•  Joyful Committee Engagement: Bring your joyful spirit to board committees, such as finance, governance, or fundraising, and let your enthusiasm fuel our organization's needs in empowering young women. Your positivity and dedication will make a significant impact on these vital aspects of our work.
