Sirois Tool, a well-established job shop located in Berlin, CT, is looking to bring on an energetic and ambitious Customer Account Manager to join our team.

The Position:

The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship of new and existing customers from initial quote to final delivery of product and beyond. This is a Monday-Friday, onsite position where training will be provided. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day interactions with customers including processing of quotations, orders, and various inquiries
  • Visiting assigned customer sites and make sales calls to prospective customers
  • Managing and develop subcontractors and vendors including obtaining quotations, entering purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and quality in ERP system

About You:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience within a manufacturing/job shop environment with similar responsibilities
  • You have strong verbal communication and written skills and a strong computer aptitude
  • You can multi-task in fast paced team environment and have excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • You are a self-starter with the solid ability to manage work and customers with minimal supervision
