Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate shift activities, including customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness
- Train and mentor team members on company policies and procedures
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service management
- Proficiency in shift management, team leadership, and customer service
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
