The Opportunity Storage Business Unit in Marvell designs and develops various leading edge SoCs products including SSD Controllers, Storage Accelerators, FC HBAs and HDD Controllers. As a member of Flash Firmware development team, the candidate will be responsible for Designing, Developing various simulators, tools and components of the software. The member will have the opportunity to work on technologies like NAND memory, microcode compilers, datacenter storage test tools, SSD performance/reliability/endurance test, and use tools like protocol analyzers, exercisers, JTAG debuggers, IO traffic generators, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, etc. Job Responsibilities: Testing various modules, and running required System and Integration tests using Perl/Python Designing and implementing various test automation functions using Python, shell script, and Rapsberry Pi Setting up test platforms with most advanced features (PCIe 5.0, CXL, EDSFF, etc.) Performing SSD tests with various software/hardware tools Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields, or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to theories, principles and concepts.
