General Description: Assists the Technical Resources teams (Claims, Risk Control, Property & Casualty and Placement) by providing entry-level technical insurance support and coordination for assigned clients and prospects.

Responsibilities:

·Support Technical Resources, Sales, Finance and Operations Leaders with premium analysis

·Verify accuracy of insurance documentation.

·Complete data collection, entry, and preparation.

·Complete analytical reports and provide entry-level analysis of data.

·Maintain and update database

·Gather data and runs models for Casualty and Property teams. Includes Loss Forecasts, Loss Stratifications, Loss Development Factors (Triangles), Collateral, Premium Allocation, and Catastrophe modeling.

·Prepare Loss Trend Report and Claims Detail Reports for the agency

·Build contingent and supplemental forecasting tools and line of sight dashboards for leadership that includes premium runs, and modeling of carrier profit sharing agreements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·1-2 years of experience in a Commercial Lines agency. College degree preferred.

·Must hold or be willing to earn Property & Casualty insurance license.

·Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

·Must have a capacity for analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.

·Develops property and casualty knowledge and skillset.
