A client of ours is looking for a Strong and analytical Senior Accountant to join their team, on a full-time basis. See below and reach out if this is of interest!
Job Duties:
- Prepare account reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare journal entries and assist with other areas of period close
- Assist with preparation and review of monthly financial statements
- Build financial models to evaluate business results
- Analyze budget versus actual performance and provide commentary
- Research and recommend proper GAAP treatment for various scenarios including M&A activity
- Revenue Recognition to completion
- Ad hoc and special projects
Senior Accountant Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- Strong Excel required
- Construction/Property Management experience a plus
