Title: Health Information Coordinator/Office Assistant 

Job Duties: The Health Information Coordinator/Office Assistant will assist with client transfer/discharge duties, support the Quality/Quantity Monitoring/Auditing process, collaborate with family, county, and community partners, promote recovery, empowerment, and independence, and work with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Holds a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of governing regulations
• Understands and abides by HIPAA guidelines
• Understand all aspects of the clinical computer system; PointClickCare (PCC)
