University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
At least 5 years of project management experience, coordinating multi-national teams in IT;
At least 4 years of experience in oriented object software development for large scale IT (JAVA, J2E, etc.), SOA oriented and data analytics projects;
Experience of large-scale digital systems in customs domain and in projects integrating large amount of data from different data sources;
Excellent knowledge of central high-availability systems, big data and analytics solutions;
Excellent knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking);
Good knowledge of reporting methods and project management tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel;
Good knowledge of technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Microservices, relational DBMS, RESTful APIs, AWS, Azure, etc;
Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile;
Good knowledge of Relational DBMS;
Good knowledge of systems and tools like Oracle, SAP, Dataiku, Denodo, Kafka, Superset, LDAP, etc;
One of the following certifications would be required: PM2 , Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner;
The following certifications would be an asset: ITIL certification above ITIL foundation (or equivalent), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO);
Excellent command of the English language and fluency in French would be an advantage.
