Project Manager

Nexeo is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a key Financial Security Control (FSC) program transition in 2025, for one of the leading banks in Belgium.

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing overall project governance and compliance
• Leading project boards and steering committees
• Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues
• Planning capacity and managing resources
• Controlling project budgets and performance
• Driving continuous process improvement initiatives
• Ensuring efficient time and change management
• Following up on all project documentation and change requests

Profile:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Project Management
• Experience in the following areas is mandatory:
• Project Management
• Risk Management
• Financial Security
• Permanent Control
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset (helicopter view)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, diplomatic, and customer-oriented
• Commercially aware with strong team spirit and leadership abilities
• Organized, goal-oriented, and able to motivate teams
• Proficient in Dutch and French (spoken), and fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work in a hybrid mode: 50% onsite – 50% homeworking
